Our Staff
Dr. Carol Ludolph is an Addiction Medicine Specialist with several decades of experience in the medical field. She is a Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine graduate, and is also a former neurosurgeon. Dr. Ludolph brings ample experience to Quantum Health Practice where her primary focus is to treat addiction and address each person as an individual. Medically assisted treatment such as Vivtrol Injections and Suboxone are one of her many specialties. Dr. Ludolph is committed to providing care to those who are addicted and providing continuous education to not only her patients but to the families and their loved ones about the various medications, medication management and treatment preferences.
Diane Sposito, Nurse Practitioner: Diane is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner where she began her career in the corporate sector after graduating from the University of Pittsburgh. She believes in building long lasting and trusting relationships with her patients. She seeks to acquire a comprehensive evaluation of every patient by taking time to listen and understand their particular needs. With her extensive nursing experience, Diane also has expertise in Mental Health (MH), Intellectual Development Disabilities (IDD),Dietary Counseling, Health Coaching, and Health Care Preventive Counseling. She is board certified in Family Health and Primary Care. Diane is also a certified yoga teacher.
Facility
Quantum Health Practice has opted into the latest electronic platform providing the patient experience when visiting our facility to be seamless. Upon your arrival, all health records and insurance information will be collected electronically and stored in your medical record file. When being seen by one of our medical specialists all videos, photos and notes will be stored in the patient’s electronic medical record and can be share with the patient on request and for reference of future appointments. Prescriptions have also moved to an electronic version and will be sent directly to the pharmacy after your appointment.
Our hours of operation are: Monday 11am – 5pm, Tuesday 8am – 5pm, Wednesday 8am – 5pm and Thursday 11am – 5pm.
